Pius brings a strong background in governance, compliance, and organizational leadership to Sister Cities Houston (SCH), where he serves as a Board Member At Large, Interim Administrator, and Chair of the Governance and Compliance Committee. In these roles, he focuses on strengthening accountability, ethical leadership, and sustainable global partnerships.
