East West Bank/Conference Room – On the last Tuesday of each month, the Board of Directors of Sister Cities of Houston meet to discuss ongoing business and initiatives. The Board is composed of five elected members of the Executive Committee, four at large board members and one ex officio representative from each Sister City organization.

Consular Ball
Sister Cities of Houston President Harry Gee and Sister Cities Houston Board Member Lina Corinth attended this year's Consular Ball on Saturday October 14th at the Ballroom at Bayou Place. In attendance were Honorary Consul Generals, other dignitaries, state and local representatives and Houston Mayor, Sylvester Turner.

Leipzig in Houston is a festival celebrating both cities' arts and cultures. The concept arose from "Little Leipzig Week", founded by former Bach Society Houston director Albert LeDoux in 2010, as a way to honor the city in which J.S. Bach wrote his most important music. Since then, Little Leipzig Week has grown, and in 2016 will begin its first year as a full festival over 10 days, involving 10 organizations with ties to both cities.
