As part of Leipzig in Houston, this evening of Leipzig's 19th-century masters Mendelssohn and Reger, with the Bach Choir, Houston Saengerbund, and brass players from the Houston Symphony promises some spectacular music. Tickets are available at $25 for the general public, $20 for seniors, and $5 for students.

On September 21, 2017, the Houston Karachi Sister City Association, Hanmi Bank and the "Alliance of Hurricane Harvey Disaster Relief Efforts" hosted a "Community Outreach Reception Benefiting Hurricane Harvey Recovery Efforts” at Hanmi Bank.
