Donation – New – Sister Cities of Houston

This commitment is made to Sister Cities Houston, Inc. (SCH), a nonpartisan nonprofit organization operating under the auspices and guidance of the City of Houston Mayor's Office of Trade & International Affairs (MOTIA).
Funds are raised by SCH. If designated on this form, the contribution will be restricted to the specific charitable purpose, program, or event identified above and administered by SCH.
Contributions remain under SCH's legal ownership and fiduciary control and do not create ownership, signatory authority, or control by any affiliated association, committee, project, or individual.
Sponsorship recognition, benefits, and public use of names or logos are subject to SCH approval, event capacity, and applicable organizational policies.
Payments should be made only through SCH-approved payment methods. Please do not remit funds to personal accounts or personal payment applications.
SCH and its affiliates do not participate in political campaigns or partisan activity. Contributions may not be designated for partisan or political purposes.
SCH will provide written acknowledgment of contributions received. Deductibility, if any, depends on applicable law and the value of any goods or services provided in return.
