Professionally, James is a Commercial Real Estate Agent with Nan & Company Properties, specializing in investment, land, retail, and multifamily properties. His work connects local growth with global investment, reflecting Sister Cities’ belief that global is local. He is a veteran of the U.S. Coast Guard and a graduate of the University of Saint Thomas, and he leads with a spirit of service, collaboration, and citizen diplomacy.
