Orhan Kucukosman

Dynamic nonprofit and business executive with more than 20 years of leadership experience building and scaling mission-driven organizations across the United States. As President & CEO of the American Turkic Business Council, he expanded membership from 30 to more than 475 companies, launched high-impact initiatives including the American Turkic Business Journal and the Real Estate & Construction Summit, and increased the organization’s operating budget by 350% through strategic governance, sponsorship development, and cross-sector partnerships. He has a strong record of cultivating relationships with business leaders, government officials, and community stakeholders to drive economic growth and civic engagement.

In addition to leading regional and international collaboration efforts as President of the Istanbul–Houston Sister City Association, he has guided nonprofit growth as Executive Director of Raindrop Foundation and previously served in educational leadership roles at Dove Science Academy. His expertise spans strategic planning, fundraising, board governance, stakeholder engagement, and program development. Fluent in English and Turkish, he brings a cross-cultural perspective and a proven ability to transform vision into sustainable organizational impact.
